1. Services Provided
M & L Carpet Cleaning specializes in residential and commercial carpet cleaning services. Our professional team ensures the highest quality of service in cleaning carpeted spaces, rugs, and upholstered furniture using industry-standard cleaning processes and equipment.
2. Service Area
Services are provided within specified areas as defined on our website www.mandlcarpetcleaning.com. Services outside these areas may incur additional travel charges.
3. Scheduling and Timing
Services are scheduled in advance by contacting us via email at mandlcarpetcleaning@gmail.com or by phone at 616-916-7782. We will attempt to accommodate the preferred date and time of the customer, subject to availability. The customer will be notified of their appointment window and is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for carpet cleaning services is based on the area to be cleaned, the type of carpet, and the level of staining. An estimate will be provided prior to service after evaluating the work area. Final charges will be confirmed after the service has been completed. Payment is due upon completion of services and can be made by cash, check, or major credit card.
5. Preparation for Service
The customer is expected to move furniture and other items from the area to be cleaned prior to our team's arrival unless agreed upon otherwise. M & L Carpet Cleaning is not responsible for moving furniture but may assist at its discretion for an additional fee.
6. Cancellation Policy
If the need arises to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request at least a 24-hour notice. Without such notice, a cancellation fee may be applied.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
M & L Carpet Cleaning aims to provide complete customer satisfaction. If customers are not satisfied with the cleaning service, they must report the issue within 24 hours of service completion. We will conduct a re-cleaning of the area at no additional cost.
8. Liability
While every effort is made to handle all property with care, M & L Carpet Cleaning assumes no liability for damage to property including but not limited to furniture, fixtures, and possessions that are not properly secured or removed during the cleaning process. The customer agrees to inform the technicians of any pre-existing conditions of the carpet or upholstery.
9. Pet and Human Waste
M & L Carpet Cleaning will provide cleaning of pet and human waste affected areas to the best of their ability. However, results can vary based on the extent of the contamination. Additional charges may apply for these specialized cleaning services.
10. Allergies and Chemical Sensitivities
Customers with allergies and chemical sensitivities are responsible for notifying M & L Carpet Cleaning prior to service. While we use industry-approved cleaning solutions, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they do not contain ingredients that could provoke an allergic reaction.
11. Force Majeure
M & L Carpet Cleaning shall not be liable for any delay or failure to provide services resulting from circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.
12. Changes to Terms of Service
M & L Carpet Cleaning reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website www.mandlcarpetcleaning.com.
